1. How long does processing & shipping take on my order?
Order are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Any order placed on a holiday or weekend will begin processing the following business day. All orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day. Processing time depends highly on stock levels and production time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Once your item is made it will be immediately shipped with the shipping selection you made during check-out.
2. How will I know when my order is shipping?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during check-out once your item has shipped.
3. What is TODA TRINKETS return and refund policy?
There are no returns or refunds at this time. All sales are final.
4. Do you offer price adjustments?
No. Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
5. Can I have a custom piece of jewelry made?
Sure. If you are interested in having a custom item made simply use the email form located on our contact page or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Why do you measure some jewelry in millimeters?
Due to the delicate size of some pieces, the millimeter unit of measurement allows us to provide you with the most accurate width and length. To give you a better idea of dimensions, 13mm is approximately 1/2 inch.
7. How should I care for my TODA jewelry?
All TRINKETS & TREASURES are made with care and high quality standards. Although proper care and maintenance will preserve the beauty of your jewelry daily wear and the elements can affect your pieces. Please avoid exposing jewelry to any substance containing ammonia or bleach and remove your jewelry before bathing or swimming. Also avoid exposure with perfumes, cosmetics or other household chemicals that could damage your jewelry. Where possible, it is best to have pieces professionally cleaned by your local jeweler. When your jewelry is not being worn, store in its original case to avoid scratches and other harm.
8. What happens if I need my TODA jewelry repaired?
Please send us an email with "repair request" as the subject and we will respond with instructions. We will always attempt to repair any jewelry purchased directly through todatrinkets.com however, please note that some items might be non-repairable. Shipping and repair charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately by filling out the form on our contact page or emailing directly to email@example.com. We ask that you ship your order back within 15 days to avoid any delays or penalties.
